The role reports to the Cage Operations Manager and requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced conditions and upholds the highest standards of integrity and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cage operations preferred.
• Proven leadership with focus on team development and engagement.
• Strong customer-centric mindset for face-to-face service environments.
• Experience in cash handling, reconciliation, and financial controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cage operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised guest service with every interaction.
• Coach, develop, and inspire team members to achieve high performance.
• Collaborate across departments to support seamless operations and premium service standards.
• Maintain strong attention to financial processes, including cash handling and reconciliation.
