The Home Interior is seeking a Café Supervisor to support daily operations and manage front-of-house tasks in Nelson Bay, NSW. You will assist the Café Manager, supervise the front-of-house team, and ensure consistent espresso quality during busy periods.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Weekend availability and flexibility to cover management leave are essential.
