Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Set sales targets and monitor performance, pricing and promotions
• Manage stock ordering, supplier relationships, inventory control and wastage
• Recruit, train, roster and supervise staff
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints
• Prepare sales reports and manage budgets and cash handling
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and relevant regulations
