Aspire Hospitality Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Cafe or Restaurant Manager in Albany, WA. You will oversee day-to-day operations of the venue, including floor, bar and dining areas, while leading staff, managing bookings and guest flow.

We require at least 2 years of cafe/restaurant or bar management, RSA and WA Approved Manager certificates (or willingness to obtain), wine/beverage knowledge, rosters, stock and POS experience, with flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of cafe/restaurant or bar management experience.
• Current RSA certificate and WA Approved Manager certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Good knowledge of wine and beverages; experience with rosters, stock ordering, and POS systems.
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue including floor, bar and dining areas.
• Lead, roster and train staff; manage bookings and guest flow.
• Ensure service, presentation and cleanliness standards are high.
• Report sales, labour and stock to operations team.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and health and safety rules.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints.
