St Marys Rugby League Club in Sydney’s Western Suburbs invites an enthusiastic Café Supervisor to lead Milly's Café, ensure service excellence, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Café Manager, you will oversee daily operations, perform barista duties, assist with basic food prep and deliver a consistently positive guest experience.

RSA and RCG qualifications are required or willing to obtain; you will shape a proactive team in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a busy café or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated barista experience, with the ability to confidently prepare quality coffee in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in basic food preparation, with an understanding of food quality, presentation and safe food handling practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and manage employees.
• A genuine passion for customer service and maintaining high service standards.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and safe food handling requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach with the confidence to manage performance and drive accountability.
• Current RSA and RCG qualifications, or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise daily café operations, ensuring efficient service and exceptional customer experiences.
• Actively support café operations, including barista duties, basic food preparation and front-of-house service.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on teamwork, accountability and service excellence
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety legislation, safe food handling practices, hygiene and WHS requirements.
• Coordinate daily workflow, delegate responsibilities and drive continuous improvement across café operations.
• Full Time considered pending experience.
