St Marys Rugby League Club is inviting applications for Milly's Café Café Supervisor. You will lead by example across busy café operations, including coffee preparation, basic food handling and front-of-house service, ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience.

We seek a proactive, hands-on leader with experience in café hospitality, strong communication skills and a commitment to food safety and team development. RSA/RCG qualifications are required or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a busy café or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated barista experience with quality coffee in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in basic food preparation and safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise daily café operations, ensuring efficient service and exceptional customer experiences.
• Support café operations, including barista duties, basic food prep and front-of-house service.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on teamwork, accountability and service excellence.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety legislation, safe handling practices, hygiene and WHS requirements.
• Coordinate daily workflow, delegate responsibilities and drive continuous improvement.
