Cater Care is seeking a polished, customer-focused Café Manager to oversee a boutique café within Trinity College's Parkville campus. The role is part-time, with a 35-hour week across 41 weeks per year, and a 7:30 am–3:00 pm weekday roster.

• Experience in a quality café, premium catering or high-standard hospitality environment.
• Strong barista skills and a passion for delivering consistently excellent coffee.
• A customer-first mindset with polished communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence working independently and taking ownership of daily operations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and presentation.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certification and the ability to obtain Police Check and Working With Children Check.

This is an opportunity for an experienced café or hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering excellent coffee, maintaining high presentation standards and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Working independently, you'll take ownership of the daily café service and ensure every interaction reflects the quality of the environment.

Please note, this position is scheduled to commence in January 2027.
