Job summary

LifeGrain is a well-established, multi-site café brand serving breakfast and lunch daily. We are seeking a committed, full-time Café Manager to join our Plume Café team and lead our Kogarah location.

You will oversee daily operations, recruit and manage a full team, and maintain high customer service with a personal touch while controlling stock and budgets. Attractive salary with a lucrative bonus program and clear career growth opportunities are offered.

• Oversee daily cafe operations from opening to closing.

• Rostering, orders, stock control, budgeting and KPIs.
• Promote and market the cafe to increase sales.

LifeGrain is a well-established, multi-site café brand, serving breakfast & lunch 7 days a week. We are placing a strong focus on specialty coffee, simple, fresh and healthy food, and outstanding customer service.

We are looking for a committed, full-time Café Manager to join our Plume Café team and lead our Kogarah location.

Responsibilities:

• All aspects of managing the cafe on a daily basis
• Recruiting and managing a full team
• Maintaining high customer service levels and adding a personal touch
• Stock ordering & cost control
• Rostering, ordering, stock control, working towards budgets, and other KPI’s
• Promoting and marketing the cafe to increase sales.
