We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Cafe Supervisor to help lead our Front of House team and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Front of House team during busy shifts


• Maintain high standards of customer service, food, and coffee quality


• Coordinate smoothly between the floor, barista bar, and kitchen


• Assist with opening/closing procedures, daily cash handling, and basic stock control


• Train and guide junior and casual staff on shift

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Cafe Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior All-Rounder in a fast-paced cafe


• Must be available to work weekends (5-day rotating or fixed roster)


• Strong communication skills and a positive, leads-by-example attitude


• Calm and organised under pressure during peak hours


• Barista skills are highly regarded (though your primary focus is floor & shift leadership)
