Job summary

The Coffee Club Galleria is seeking an experienced Café Store Manager to lead our busy Perth venue. You will drive operations, profitability and customer service while mentoring a capable team.

We value 1–2 years of proven store management experience, a hospitality qualification, and a strong grasp of COE, COGS and WHS. This role requires full weekend availability and a proactive hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Café Manager or Store Manager
• Relevant hospitality management qualification required
• Experience managing a franchise is highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of COE and labour cost management
• Experience in rostering, scheduling and maintaining labour budgets
• Experience in interviewing, recruiting, training and developing team members
• Strong knowledge of Fair Work requirements and workplace regulations
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively
• Strong understanding of COGS and profitability
• Ability to monitor food costs, stock, and wastage controls
• Experience with stock ordering and supplier coordination
• Able to achieve sales targets and maintain operational efficiency
• Excellent attention to detail and business performance
• Strong WHS knowledge and safe food handling practices
• Full availability, including weekends, is essential

Job description

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and hands-on Café Store Manager to join our growing team.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, excellent operational knowledge and the ability to manage a busy café while maintaining high standards of customer service, profitability and team performance.

Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a Café Manager or Store Manager.

Gun Barista! Fast, confident and highly skilled in a busy café environment.

Strong knowledge of café food preparation and the ability to assist in the kitchen when required.

Must hold a relevant hospitality management qualification.

Previous experience managing a franchise business is highly regarded.

Strong understanding of Cost of Employment (COE) and labour cost management.

Proven experience in staff rostering, scheduling and maintaining labour budgets.

Experience in interviewing, recruiting, training and developing team members.

Strong knowledge of Fair Work requirements, employee entitlements and workplace regulations.

Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively.

Strong understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and profitability.

Ability to monitor food costs, control stock and minimise wastage.

Experience in stock ordering, inventory management and supplier coordination.

Ability to achieve sales targets and maintain operational efficiency.
