Job summary

The Coffee Club Morayfield is seeking a skilled Cafe All-Rounder with Barista skills to join our team at Morayfield Shopping Centre.

You’ll deliver high-quality coffee and cold drinks, provide friendly service, keep the station clean, and work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams. Availability across 4+ days and one weekend day is required. Experience in fast-paced cafés and knowledge of coffee extraction are preferred.

The Coffee Club Morayfield is seeking a skilled and passionate Cafe All-Rounder with Barista skills to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality coffee and cold drinks, exceptional service at our café located in Morayfield Shopping Centre, outside of Target.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and serve a range of high-quality coffee and cold drinks to brand standards
• Maintain consistency in coffee quality, presentation, and speed of service
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming and positive café experience
• Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and well stocked
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
• Contribute to a positive and productive team culture

What we're looking for

• Experience in a fast-paced café environment, Barista skills is a plus
• Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and machine operation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to cleanliness and organisation
• Hustle and drive
• 4+ days per week availability, 1 weekend day is a must
