Job summary

RSL LifeCare in Merimbula is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead a popular café within the Retirement Village. This permanent opportunity focuses on hospitality, connection, and delivering a welcoming experience for residents, families, staff, visitors, and the wider community.

Qualifications

• Experience in café, hospitality or food service management.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and people leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements.

What You'll Do
