Our Village Manager, South Coast NSW, is a key leadership position that blends sales, team and community building. It’s responsible for delivering positive customer experiences and service delivery to residents of 2 villages – Merimbula and Tura Beach – a total of 122 units – and spans all aspects of retirement village management, including operational, lifestyle and governance, to ensure the village provides high‑quality services in a safe and welcoming environment.
