Job summary

RSL LifeCare Limited in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead the village café for a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract. You will oversee day-to-day operations and deliver a warm, welcoming experience for residents, staff and visitors.

You will coach a small team, manage stock and food safety, drive sales, coordinate events and contribute to village marketing and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a café, hospitality or food service environment.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and people leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead our popular café at RSL LifeCare Retirement Village in Newcastle. This 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract offers the opportunity to be part of a vibrant retirement living community where hospitality, connection and customer experience are at the heart of what we do. What You'll Do
