Job summary

Starbucks Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Brisbane to lead store operations, develop a high-performing team and deliver the Starbucks Experience. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll coach staff, optimise service and drive a welcoming third place for customers and communities.

Job Description

To be a Starbucks Assistant Store Manager

We’d love to hear from people who have:

• A minimum of two years’ progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer‑facing role
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• The ability to lead effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports
• A proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
