Starbucks Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Queensland. We require a minimum of two years progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role, plus strong leadership in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You should bring robust organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, experience supporting store operations and financial performance, and exposure to rostering, budgets and P&L reports.

Job Description

To be a Starbucks Assistant Store Manager

We’d love to hear from people who have:

• A minimum of two years’ progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer‑facing role
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• The ability to lead effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
