Job summary

Starbucks Australia is seeking a Store Manager for a permanent full-time role with 38 hours per week in Brisbane. You will lead store operations, drive sales and ensure a welcoming Third Place experience for customers and partners.

You will coach and develop teams, manage rostering and budgets, and contribute to the store's financial performance while advancing your leadership career within the brand. Includes comprehensive training, wellbeing support, and opportunities for career progression

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive responsibility related experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• The ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners.
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within hospitality or quick service restaurant sectors.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports.
