Starbucks Australia, North Brisbane, is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and uphold the Starbucks Experience for customers and partners. Qualifications

• Three years of progressive responsibility related experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• The ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners.
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports.
