Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Barista and Café All-rounder for a full-time role in a prestigious, high-end environment in Sydney. You will produce consistent high-quality Barista coffee and deliver food and beverage service in a professional, discreet manner, ensuring boardrooms are set up correctly and on time.

The role requires 2 years of F&B experience, barista skills, excellent communication and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven F&B experience in café or corporate settings.
• Barista experience, knowledge and skills is essential.
• You’ll be an excellent communicator with superior customer service skills.
• You’ll have a strong work ethic, pride in service, and adapt to a fast-paced team.
• Full time Australian working rights with potential Police Check.

$32.50 per hour plus Superannuation

• Monday to Friday day shifts only, rosters 7am-3pm or 8am -4pm

THE POSITION

• Ensuring that boardrooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion
• Liaise with all team members to assess requirements for the day
• Working autonomously and confidently in providing premium corporate hospitality services
• Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming service to customers and clients

THE PERSON

• 2 years of proven F&B experience in café or corporate settings
• Barista experience, knowledge and skills is essential
• You’ll be an excellent communicator with superior customer service skills
• You’ll have a strong work ethic, taking pride in the service, you provide – you’ll be willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
• Full time Australian working rights (Due to the setting of this environment the successful candidate will be required to obtain a National Police Check)
