We’re Jetstar. You may know us for our famous low fares, but did you also know that we’ve flown more than 400 million customers since we launched in Australia in 2004? In fact, each week we operate around 3,000 flights to nearly 40 destinations across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Pacific. And we're not just an Australian airline either - the Jetstar Group also includes Jetstar Asia and Jetstar Japan, and is one of the largest low-cost airline groups in Asia Pacific by revenue. As a group, we operate a fleet of more than 115 aircraft, including the Airbus A320 family and Boeing 787-8s. Every day we enable more people to takeoff to more places, more often.

  • 12-month contract ending in April 2026, based at our Head Office in Collingwood

Reporting to the Head of Cabin Crew as the Team Coordinator, you will support the Cabin Crew leadership and office teams in all administrative duties and project coordination relating to the business objectives for Jetstar Cabin Crew. Specifically, you will provide project support, dashboard reporting, manage and maintain information systems, coordinate calendars and travel, prepare communications, take meeting minutes and prepare leadership forums and events. You may occasionally be required to travel domestically or internationally and must be able to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organisation.

You’ll Have

  • Proven experience in providing administrative and project coordination support
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments with multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and working autonomously
  • A continuous improvement mindset and initiative to address anticipated challenges
  • Experience coordinating travel logistics, reporting, taking minutes and planning events
  • An understanding of aviation processes in regulated environments is desirable
