Job summary

Maintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Scheduling Lead for Construction & Fabrication Activities within the maintenance team. You will align project and maintenance execution across multiple workstreams, driving clarity and efficiency while coordinating complex schedules.

You will develop and optimise Primavera P6 schedules aligned with SAP, provide contractor schedule oversight, and deliver Power BI reporting to track portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP and Primavera P6 essential.
• Power BI experience highly regarded.
• Must have the right to work in Australia.

About The RoleThis role leads planning and scheduling for Construction & Fabrication Activities (C&FA) within the maintenance team. You’ll ensure seamless alignment of project and maintenance execution, driving transparency and efficiency across multiple workstreams.
