Qualifications

• Relevant Commercial Construction experience in planning and/or project management.
• Specialised knowledge of project scheduling and program logic networking.
• Detailed technical construction knowledge to interpret and translate construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Translate and develop construction drawings into detailed Tender and Construction Programmes.
• Fill out a Project Planning Template with project overview and methodology.
• Audit current Construction Project Programmes for compliance.
• Track progress against baseline schedule and prepare Delay Claims.
