Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Scheduler/Planner to support multi-site building projects in Australia. You will conduct pre-baseline reviews, prepare progress reports, and flag key schedule risks to clients while linking contractor programmes to an Integrated Master Programme.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in scheduling on building projects, strong Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, and on-site construction exposure. Australian working rights required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler/Planner on Building projects.
• Candidates with on-site working experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end construction and project processes.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project; knowledge of Asta or similar tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programmes to check adherence to contractual requirements.
• Prepare progress update reports and highlight schedule risks and opportunities to clients.
• Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes for delays.
• Conduct delay analysis and assist in delay claims management.
• Coordinate meetings with client stakeholders to develop Integrated Master Programme.
