Job summary

Teachers Health is seeking a customer-focused and technically minded Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Services team. You'll support and administer core business systems, including HAMBS and e5, helping ensure data accuracy and smooth operation for members and staff.

You’ll thrive on solving problems, building stakeholder relationships and working independently within a collaborative team, contributing to ongoing upgrades and process improvements across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering business applications or enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for HAMBS, e5 and other core business systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues raised by business users.
• Manage data updates, benefit changes, provider maintenance and contract updates.
• Coordinate with software vendors on system incidents, enhancements and upgrades.
• Support system releases, testing activities and implementation of new products and services.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and provide exceptional customer support.
• Maintain system documentation and contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

Teachers Health is looking for a customer-focused and technically minded Business Systems Analyst to join our close-knit Information Services team.

Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting and administering our core business systems, including HAMBS and e5 applications. From resolving system issues and managing data updates to supporting upgrades and enhancements, you'll help ensure our systems run efficiently and continue to support excellent outcomes for our members and employees.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building stakeholder relationships and working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
