Alder Group is seeking a proactive Business Systems Administrator to keep our core applications running smoothly and securely. You’ll combine technical know-how with strong stakeholder engagement to drive improvements across our Microsoft 365 landscape and supporting systems.

Reporting to IT leadership, you will administer, support and optimise our business systems portfolio, resolve incidents, manage access, coordinate with vendors and assist with automation and digital transformation

Qualifications

Experience supporting and administering business applications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling incidents, service requests and system enhancements.

Responsabilités

Provide application support and resolve incidents and service requests.
Manage user access, configurations and application administration.
Coordinate with software vendors and third-party support providers.
Assist with upgrades, testing, releases and user adoption activities.
Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
Assist with automation, integration and digital transformation initiatives.
Maintain application documentation, governance and support processes.
Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.
