Job summary

Frazer Tremble is seeking an experienced Applications Administrator to support and enhance a suite of critical business applications within a large and complex organisation. This hands-on role focuses on keeping applications reliable, well-utilised, and aligned to operational needs.

You will work with end users, stakeholders and technical teams to provide support, coordinate upgrades, gather requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Application Support, Application Administration or Business Systems support roles.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills. Experience with UAT, testing, upgrades and implementation activities.
• Exposure to SQL, reporting or data analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work across technical and business teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise or corporate applications.
• Experience within Local Government.
• Exposure to EDRMS, Records Management, ITSM or ERP-style applications.
