  • Work-Life Balance & Security: Enjoy standard full-time hours (35 hrs/week) over a structured 6-month contract, working in a comfortable, modern office environment.

How You’ll Support the Team

  • Nurture Community Connections: Serve as a clear, empathetic point of contact for enquiries from residents, applicants, and colleagues, guiding them through processes with patience and care.

  • Care for Administrative Details: Coordinate and prepare documentation for Development Applications (DAs), Construction Certificates (CCs), and Complying Development Certificates (CDCs).

  • Keep Things Organised: Maintain accurate, thoughtful records and assist with continuous process improvements to help the team run smoothly.

  • Collaborate Daily: Partner closely with team leaders and internal staff to deliver thoughtful, compliant administrative support.

  • Strong Administrative Foundation: Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent well-rounded experience) alongside 2+ years in a supporting administrative role.

  • Tech Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, reliable data entry skills, and experience managing digital files and records.

  • Adaptable & Patient: Ability to stay calm and resilient when priorities shift, handling unusual or complex customer enquiries with tact and care.

  • Driver's Licence: A valid Class C Driver’s Licence.
