Job summary

Access Capital is seeking a proactive Business Support Officer – Equipment Finance to support a team of five brokers and work on live deals from day one. You will prepare finance documentation, manage settlements, and keep our systems accurate for a smooth funding process.

You’ll join a 3-4 person Business Support team, reporting to the Senior BSO and General Manager, with office-based work in Kent Town, SA. Finance experience is helpful but not essential if you demonstrate these qualities.

Responsibilities

• Complete finance documentation accurately and process settlements to each financier’s requirements.

The role

You’ll work directly with our Finance Brokers on live deals from day one. This is effectively a broker assistant role. You’ll prepare finance documentation, manage settlements and keep our systems accurate, so every client has a smooth, professional experience from enquiry to funding.

You’ll be part of a 3-4 person Business Support team, supporting a team of five brokers. You’ll report to our Senior BSO and General Manager.

What you’ll do
