Job summary

Access Capital is seeking a proactive Business Support Officer – Equipment Finance to support a team of five brokers and work on live deals from day one. You will prepare finance documentation, manage settlements, and keep our systems accurate for a smooth funding process.

You’ll join a 3-4 person Business Support team, reporting to the Senior BSO and General Manager, with office-based work in Kent Town, SA. Finance experience is helpful but not essential if you demonstrate these qualities.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Confident phone and written communication.
• Ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage workload.
• Willingness to learn quickly in a busy, sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete finance documentation accurately and process settlements to each financier’s requirements.
• Work with brokers to handle client and financier enquiries.
• Maintain CRM (COG Connect) and work across lender-specific platforms.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the business.
• Follow business processes and help keep them sharp.
• Build strong relationships with clients and financiers through clear, friendly communication.
