NHP Electrical Engineering Products in Queensland is seeking a driven Business Development professional to expand our Services offering across QLD/NT. You will open doors, build relationships with end users, and work with Account Managers to grow our Services portfolio using CRM, data insights and AI-assisted tools.

Reporting to the Sales Manager – Services, the role requires regular travel, strong prospecting, and the ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions while

Qualifications

• A strong sales or business development background with proven success opening doors and delivering results.
• CRM experience is essential to manage activity, pipeline and opportunities.
• Data-driven approach to identify trends and target customers with proactive sales activity.
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to contribute to a collaborative team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with end users.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across customers.
• Proactively engage the market through visits, cold calling and prospecting.
• Use CRM systems, data analysis and digital tools to manage pipeline and follow-up.
• Partner with Account Managers to coordinate engagement and drive growth.
• Engage with end users to understand needs and translate into practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, activity and pipeline status.
• Participate in industry events and networking to strengthen market presence.
