Job summary

NHP is seeking a driven sales professional based in Queensland to lead business development across the QLD/NT Services market. You will open doors, build relationships with end users, and work with Account Managers to expand NHP's services offering using CRM, data insights and digital tools.

You will travel regularly across Queensland and the Northern Territory, promote NHP and Rockwell services, maintain accurate records, participate in industry events, and contribute to a high-performing team

Qualifications

• Proven success in opening doors and building customer relationships.
• Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and opportunities.
• Ability to travel across QLD and NT as required.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfort with data-driven sales approaches using digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
• Proactively engage the market through customer visits, calls and in-person prospecting.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to grow key accounts and share market insights.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity and pipeline status.
• Promote NHP and Rockwell services at industry events and via networking.
