Michael Page is partnering with a premium client to recruit a Business Development Manager for Western Australia. The role focuses on developing and executing strategies to drive sales across builder, retail, and commercial sectors, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will identify new opportunities in commercial construction, education, healthcare, aged care, mining and infrastructure, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales within building, construction, or commercial sectors.
• Strong existing network and relationships within WA building/construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and secure new business opportunities and project-based sales.

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth across builder, retail and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects and key project stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new project opportunities across commercial construction, education, healthcare, aged care, mining and infrastructure markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and specification through to negotiation and project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions that meet customer requirements.
