We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our professional distribution team driving new inflows into our flagship private credit funds.

This is a full time role based in the city paying up to $200k.

The Role

You will be responsible for expanding our investor base, raising capital, and managing ongoing investor relations. You will articulate our investment philosophy, risk mitigation strategies, and fund performance to a highly sophisticated audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and secure new capital inflows from Family Offices, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Multi-Family Offices, and Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs).
• Build a robust and scalable capital distribution pipeline

Investor Relations & Retention

• Act as the trusted point of contact for existing investors, providing regular portfolio updates, performance reports, and macroeconomic insights.
• Secure re-investments and manage capital rollover strategies.

Market Education & Pitching

• Present technical investment presentations on our private credit structures, senior-secured debt strategies, and risk-adjusted yield profiles.
• Lead capital-raising campaigns for new fund launches or specific co-investment opportunities.
• Partner with internal Credit and Portfolio Management teams to translate complex credit data into digestible investor collateral.

About You

To excel in this role, you must possess a rare combination of commercial hunger, technical financial literacy, and an established distribution network.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in capital raising, or funds distribution within private credit, real estate debt, private equity, or alternative asset management.
• Network: A deep, current, and active network of local Family Offices, HNWIs, wealth managers, and boutique advisory firms.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of fixed income, credit risk, loan-to-value ratios (LVRs), senior-secured structures, and macroeconomic drivers affecting alternative assets.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation skills; ability to hold high-level financial conversations with sophisticated investors and principal family officers.
• Credentials: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, or Economics are highly regarded.
• Must be someone who understands that trust, partnerships and relationships remain the foundation of successful distribution.
