Recruitment Specialist across Investment, Funds Management, Capital Markets and Direct Property

Join a high-performing, Australian-founded real estate investment firm with a proven track record of success across opportunistic equity and real estate private credit strategies. With substantial committed capital ready to deploy, the team is expanding and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help connect opportunities with capital.

This newly created role sits directly under a senior leader with deep industry experience, working closely with an exceptional executive team and investment committee boasting backgrounds from leading global investment firms and fund managers.

Your primary focus will be building relationships with property developers and commercial finance brokers—organising meetings to present the firm’s funding capabilities, which include senior debt, mezzanine finance, preferred equity, and equity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with contacts in the CRM, many of whom already know the firm and its reputation.
• Arrange and attend (or prepare for) meetings with the senior team to explore financing or equity opportunities.
• Represent the firm’s multiple funds, all with committed capital ready for strategic deployment.
• Build strong market relationships and identify opportunities that align with investment strategies.
