Job summary

Casa de Vinos is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead Clase Azul Tequila's growth across NSW, QLD and ACT. You will be the face of Clase Azul in market, building relationships with bars, restaurants, hotels and premium retailers, running tastings and staff training.

This role offers a collaborative structure with brand direction from Clase Azul's regional team and commercial backing from Casa de Vinos, an established Australian importer and distributor, plus local regional wholesalers.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' experience in sales or business development within beverage alcohol.
• Experience managing both on-premise and off-premise accounts.
• Strong commercial instincts with drive to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of accounts across NSW, QLD and ACT.
• Execute structured call cycles and identify distribution opportunities.
• Deliver trade trainings, masterclasses and tastings for staff.
• Negotiate listings and promotional programs in line with brand standards.
• Represent the luxury Clase Azul portfolio with professional polish.
