ABC Photosigns in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to drive sales opportunities and manage client relationships across the real estate and commercial sectors.

You will identify core client needs, maintain a full sales pipeline, utilise the CRM effectively and report progress to management while representing a long-established national company. A company vehicle, smartphone and laptop are provided to support your success.

• Identify, cultivate and close prospective sales opportunities within your area.
• Maximise opportunities by identifying core needs of our clients.
• Effective time management.
• Maintain a full sales pipeline through cold calling to drive sales results.
• Maintain effective business ethics in return calls, follow-ups and promises.
• Provide effective reporting of all client contact and sales progress to Management.
• Be willing to attend real estate conferences and awards nights.
• Utilise and manage our CRM effectively.
• Provide reporting mechanisms to Management.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be:

• Able to identify, cultivate and close prospective sales opportunities withinyour area.
• Maximise opportunities by identifying core needs of our clients
• Effectivetime management
• Ensuring your pipeline is full by maintaining cold calling to drive sales results
• Effective business ethic in return calls, follow ups and promise keeping
• Effective reporting ethic in relation to all client contact and sales progress
• Be willing and able to attend real estate conferences and awards nights
• Effective use and management of our CRM
• Effective reporting mechanisms to Management team
• A work ethic that demonstrates a perfect balance between grit and grace!

Essential requirements of the role:
