Leisuretex Commercial Painting on the Gold Coast is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive strata painting projects. You will build relationships with body corporate managers, committees, and property stakeholders, and lead growth opportunities across South East Queensland.

You'll manage site visits, prepare competitive estimates, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handovers and exceptional client satisfaction, while maintaining accurate records and leveraging CRM

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you're confident, approachable, and a natural relationship builder.
• Strong computer literacy—comfortable with quoting software, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
• Previous experience in the painting industry (especially in repaints or body corporate work) is highly valued.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in helping clients and supporting your team.
• A commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and pride in your work.
