Leisuretex Commercial Painting Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the strata painting sector. You will be the face of the company for body corporate clients, building relationships, arranging site visits, and delivering accurate quotes to win projects.

You will leverage CRM systems and quoting software to manage pipelines, coordinate with a close-knit team, and ensure smooth handovers and high client satisfaction on meaningful Gold Coast projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy with quoting software and CRM.
• Experience in painting, especially repaints or body corporate work.
• Professionalism, punctuality and a proactive attitude.

Previous experience in the painting industry (especially in repaints or body corporate work) is highly valued
