Deacon Recruitment is assisting an industry-leading investment home builder on the Gold Coast. You will nurture an existing portfolio of accounts and drive growth by managing relationships with selling agents and channel partners.

Responsibilities include following up contract requests from EOI to signed contracts and maintaining strong ties with land agents and developers. If you excel in high-volume environments and seek 200–300k+ per annum, this role offers a lucrative pathway.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Development Manager position within residential new builds.
• Experience selling investment stock through channel partners.
• Customer-centric, service-oriented approach.
• Able to work with volume with a high attention to detail.
