Own and grow the QLD territory
Drive new business across schools, universities, and education groups
Build pipeline through outbound, networking, and partnerships
Run full sales cycles from first meeting through to close
Work closely with leadership on go-to-market strategy in the region
Proven BDM / AE experience in a new business role
Strong hunting mentality — comfortable generating your own pipeline
Experience selling into education OR selling tech into a structured / multi-stakeholder environment
Confident managing longer sales cycles and multiple decision-makers
Self-starter who can operate autonomously
High-growth business with strong product-market fit
Clear opportunity to own and build out a region
