Job summary

Booster is an operations platform for fresh produce distributors and related businesses. The Business Development Manager will drive new software and AI project sales, leveraging an existing network to open doors and close deals ranging from $30k to $300k and beyond.

You will own the full selling cycle, from prospecting to handover, aiming for $500k in the first year. You will report directly to the founder, with decisions in hours rather than weeks, and receive commissions on software, projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling software, ERP, IT services or technology projects to business owners and managers.

Responsibilities

• Find and win new customers. This is a hunting role, not an account management role.
• Use your own network in food distribution, fresh produce, wholesale, logistics, warehousing or manufacturing to open doors.
• Run the whole sale: first call, site visit, demo, proposal, close.
• Work with delivery team to scope projects and hand over cleanly.
• Own a target of $500k closed sales in your first 12 months.
