Clark Real Estate is an innovative inner-north Brisbane boutique agency specialising in sales and property management. We are growing and looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our Property Management Team in Lutwyche, Brisbane.

You will identify potential landlords, generate leads, and help grow the rent roll while coordinating leasing activities and maintaining strong landlord relationships.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Identify and connect with potential landlords seeking property management services.
• Generate leads and arrange appointments for the Property Management Team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective landlords with regular follow-up.
• Manage leasing activities and coordinate property inspections.
• Maintain communication with landlords and provide timely feedback.
• Prepare and distribute weekly leasing reports.
• Collaborate with the BD Managers and Property Management Team to ensure a smooth leasing experience.

The Role

You will be working alongside our lively, supportive Property Management Team in a varied role that combines leasing, relationship management and business development.

Reporting to the Property Management Team Leader, you'll play an important part in growing our rent roll, securing quality tenants and delivering an exceptional experience to our landlords.

Business Development & Growth

• Proactively identifying and connecting with potential landlords looking for property management services.

• Generating leads and arranging appointments for our Property Management Team.

• Working towards a target of 12 new managements per month.

• Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective landlords through consistent follow-up.

• Developing strong relationships with existing property owners and identifying opportunities for future business.

Leasing & Property Management

• Coordinating leasing activities for existing and new managements.

• Organising and conducting property inspections.

• Maintaining regular communication with landlords and providing timely feedback.

• Preparing and distributing weekly leasing reports.

• Working closely with the Business Development Managers and Property Management Team to ensure a smooth leasing experience.

• Assisting the team with additional Property Management duties as required.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

• A Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
