Job summary

Co. Recruit is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant for a well-established residential real estate agency in Brisbane. If you're currently leasing or seeking your first opportunity in real estate, this could be the perfect role for you.

Working with an experienced Property Management team, you will coordinate leasing activities, conduct property inspections, open homes and private inspections, manage inquiries, and support landlords and tenants from enquiry to move-in.

Qualifications

• QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate is mandatory.
• Driver's licence required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct open homes and private inspections for prospective tenants.
• Manage leasing enquiries and follow up with applicants.
• Process rental applications and coordinate tenancy approvals.
• Assist with property advertising and marketing.

The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated Leasing Consultant to join a well-established residential real estate agency.
Whether you're already working in leasing or looking for your first opportunity in the real estate industry, this could be the perfect role for you!

Working alongside an experienced Property Management team, you'll be responsible for coordinating leasing activities, conducting property inspections and delivering exceptional service to prospective tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting open homes and private inspections with prospective tenants.
• Managing leasing enquiries and following up with prospective tenants.
• Processing rental applications and coordinating tenancy approvals.
• Assisting with property advertising and marketing.
• Supporting the Property Managers with routine property inspections.
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective tenants.
• Ensuring a smooth and positive leasing experience from enquiry through to move-in.

The Candidate

We're looking for someone who is personable, organised and eager to build a successful career in real estate. Previous leasing or property management experience would be advantageous, however, we're equally interested in candidates who are new to the industry and ready to learn!

To be successful, you will have:

• A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate MUST.
• A current driver's licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A friendly, approachable and professional manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday.
