About the Role

This opportunity is ideal junior employee's who possess outstanding organisational skills who are looking for an entry level role into not only Real Estate but also Administration.

Our closely-knit team fosters and celebrates personal and professional development among all members, collaborating towards shared objectives and commemorating accomplishments once attained.

You will be working in a tightknit Customer Care team providing support to our team of sales agents. Reporting directly to both the Office Manager and Senior Sales Assistant, you will assist in all facets of the sales process whilst also completing various administrative functions.

Some of your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Contract Preparation
• Supporting the sales team with administration tasks
• Taking Photos, Floorplans and creating virtual tours for properties
• Photo Editing
• Assisting clients with the sale and purchase of a property

Skills and Experience

You must have a driver’s licence and reliable car and live within a 30-minute drive (in peak traffic) to the office. A sound understanding of computers and Microsoft programs, or an administrative background is preferred. In addition to this, the ideal candidate has demonstrated achievements in any field. We’re looking for someone who’s motivated, a team player and loves to help people.
