Qualifications

• Field-based, autonomous work style with strong collaboration with internal teams.
• Established NSW/Sydney network in builders, mechanical services or engineers.

Responsibilities

• Engage externally through meetings, lunches, and industry events to generate opportunities.
• Lead strategic tender responses and craft compelling commercial proposals.
• Maintain CRM discipline with timely activity updates and accurate pipeline data.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure profitable, technically-positioned deals.
