Job summary

NAB in Australia is seeking a Business Banking Manager 3 Broker to join the Regional & Agribusiness team, contributing to client lending proposals and strengthening customer relationships.

You will assess economic value and risk, collaborate with commercial brokers, educate customers about options, leverage networks to identify referrals, and support local market growth through annual business plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in business banking and/or credit assessment.
• Strong understanding of business and commercial practices with emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control.
• Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.

You’ll bring to this role:

• Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment.
• Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience.
• Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
• A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
