Job summary

NAB in Tweed Heads / Byron is seeking a customer-obsessed banking professional for its Business Direct Small Business team. The role focuses on small business lending up to $2M and home lending up to $3M, aiming to grow revenue and customer advocacy.

You will build deep relationships across NAB's branch and broker network to deliver tailored banking solutions. Ideal candidates bring lending experience in business or retail banking, strong relationship skills, and a proactive approach to problem

• Keep things simple whilst managing small business lending requests up to $2 million, and home lending up to $3 million.


• Move with speed in this role to grow revenue and drive customer advocacy


• Be customer obsessed and increase the portion of customers who consider NAB to be their Bank of Choice


• Own it by understanding our customers’ needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions.


• Win together by engaging and building relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes.

• Lending experience in business banking or retail banking


• Agribusiness experience will be highly regarded.
