Job summary

XPT Software is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Complaints (50%) and Deceased Estates (50%) in Sydney. You will gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, analyze processes, and document functional specs.

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyse current processes and identify gaps, impacts, and improvement areas.
• Prepare process flows, business requirements, and functional documentation.
• Support UAT, testing, and business readiness activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Assist with process improvements, SOP updates, training, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Senior Business Analyst supporting Complaints (50%) and Deceased Estates (50%).
• Work with business and Agile delivery teams to translate needs into clear requirements.
• Analyse and map current processes; identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain process maps, BRDs, and functional specifications.
• Lead/stakeholder coordination to ensure alignment and delivery of requirements.
• Support UAT, user acceptance, and business readiness activities.
