Job summary

XPT Software Australia is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to own requirements for Complaints and Deceased Estates, collaborating with business and Agile delivery teams in Sydney. You will gather, document, and analyse processes, generate functional specs, and support UAT and change-management activities.

The role focuses half the time on complaints and half on deceased estates, requiring strong stakeholder communication and banking/FS domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyse current processes and identify gaps, impacts, and improvement areas.
• Prepare process flows, business requirements, and functional documentation.
• Support UAT, testing, and business readiness activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Assist with process improvements, SOP updates, training, and change management.
• Experience in banking/financial services, complaints, or deceased estates is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills required.
