Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support Complaints (50%) and Deceased Estates (50%). You will gather and document requirements, map current processes, and produce functional specs while coordinating with business and agile delivery teams.

UAT support and change management are integral parts of the role. Experience in banking/financial services or complaints is highly desirable.

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyse current processes and identify gaps, impacts, and improvement areas.
Prepare process flows, business requirements, and functional documentation.
Support UAT, testing, and business readiness activities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
Assist with process improvements, SOP updates, training, and change management.
Experience in banking/financial services, complaints, or deceased estates is highly desirable.
